1. General Return Conditions

 

• Return Period: You must notify us of your intent to return a product within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery.

• Product Condition: The item must be unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition. All original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories must be returned.

• Valid Reasons for Return: Returns will be accepted for the following reasons:

  • Defective product or manufacturing faults.

  • Product damaged during delivery (Damaged in Transit).

  • Product does not match the description provided on our website.

 

2. Special Condition for Gas Booster Pumps (Crucial)

 

Since our products are designed to solve specific problems, we emphasize functionality for these items:

• If the product fails to effectively increase gas pressure in your area (and is not technically defective), our technical team will first attempt to resolve the issue via phone or video call.

• If our technical team cannot resolve the issue, the product may be considered for a return, even if it has been briefly used (final decision will be made after the returned product is inspected).

 

3. Refund Process

 

• Once the returned product is received at our warehouse and passes quality control (QC), we will initiate your refund process.

• Refunds are typically processed within 7 to 10 business days.

• The refund will be issued back to your original method of payment (e.g., bank account, mobile banking service).

 

4. How to Initiate a Return

• If the product is defective, damaged, or the incorrect item was shipped, Needs4u.shop will cover the return shipping cost.

• If the customer wishes to return the product for any other personal reason (e.g., change of mind), the customer may be responsible for the return shipping cost.
